I recommend a series of three sessions – an initial consultation, followed by two subsequent follow-up consultations. These sessions are scheduled approximately one to two months apart, allowing time for progress.

Cancellation Policy
For a cancellation with less than 4 days’ notice, the full fee will be payable. For a cancellation between 4 to 7 days’ notice, 50% of the fee will be payable. For cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice, a fee of £10 will be payable. For rescheduling with more than 7 days’ notice, a one-time change is free of charge.
In the unlikely event of cancellation on our part, a full refund will be provided.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, we can’t extend or adjust your session time. We kindly ask that we still finish at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered to be cancelled with or without a notification.
